About This Project

Moving art project – a touring art exhibition 2016

The purpose of the Moving Art Project was to both make art less pretentious and available. How? Well, with a touring art exhibition where everyone regardless of age was allowed to participate. Not only will the art come to you, you will also get to participate as an artist at a large touring exhibition! With the help of an eminent jury (Bea Szenfeld, Karin Mamma Andersson, Suzanne Osten and others), 102 works of art from all over Sweden were selected across the entire age and gender spectrum. We also created the “Moving Art Academy”  for children and young people and educational material was distributed to schools. The result was a tour including ten  Swedish cities.
